Every time I come to the office I am always greeted by 2 lovely ladies. Monique and Hannah are always so pleasant to deal with. Mrs. T is fabulous at what she does and makes the process so easy and less stressful. Sarah the office manager has done a amazing job with such a wonderful staff.

Whitney Roberts is my provider at this location and she is absolutely amazing. She takes the time to listen, even when she’s busy. And once she hears you, she doesn’t just type in what you say, and then prescribe whatever the book/internet says to prescribe. She is very transparent, honest, genuine, and authentic. Every single time I leave from an appointment with her I am more optimistic about my future than I was before I got there.. She has been my provider for about a year now and so many things in my life have drastically improved simply because she took the time to listen to me and hear what all the other doctors weren’t hearing. Whitney, if you read this, thank you again. If you’re looking for a compassionate and understanding and kind provider… You should totally book an appointment with Whitney. You will be glad you did. I’m 44 years old, going through SO many life changes. She doesn’t tell me it’s just stress. She investigates. We do labs. We follow up. Whitney Roberts, NP at PrimeCare of Georgia in Pooler is one of the absolute best medical providers I have ever encountered. As a patient in my 70s with complex geriatric needs, I appreciate that she listens closely, understands my daily challenges, and always provides the highest level of care. She is highly intelligent, honest, and direct. When my husband faced urgent heart issues, she took immediate action—even calling him directly to emphasize the importance of following his care plan. Her communication via messaging is always prompt and reassuring.While the clinical care from Whitney is unmatched, the front office can be difficult to reach by phone, and the staff's professionalism can be a bit inconsistent. However, the exceptional, compassionate medical care Whitney provides makes this practice completely worth it!

I'd like to take the time to show my appreciation for Prime Care of Pooler. Dr. Shital Patel and Whitney Roberts really care for their patients. They are so thorough making sure not to miss any little detail with your health. Just recently I was hospitalized for some serious health issues. Once I got out of the hospital I called to make a follow-up with Mrs. Whitney Roberts. Normally you wait at least a week for follow-up but Mrs. Roberts wanted to see me asap. Two days latter I came to see her and she immediately looks me over while asking questions and said we need to give her fluids and magnesium, she even look at my bottom eye lids and said I was pale, mind you I am anemic so she was right on point. She went to get the nurse and they got my IV's going ect. This Office makes me feel seen and heard and not like a number. The nurses and other staff are so sweet and kind, they make me feel very comfortable. There's so much I could continue to say but I want to thank first and foremost my God and Dr. Shital Patel and Mrs. Whitney Roberts for providing both myself and my husband with the best medical care. If your looking for Doctor's and staff that see you as a person and not a number and gives you the best care possible then this is your place. Thanks a million Prime Care Of Pooler!
