I'd like to take the time to show my appreciation for Prime Care of Pooler. Dr. Shital Patel and Whitney Roberts really care for their patients. They are so thorough making sure not to miss any little detail with your health. Just recently I was hospitalized for some serious health issues. Once I got out of the hospital I called to make a follow-up with Mrs. Whitney Roberts. Normally you wait at least a week for follow-up but Mrs. Roberts wanted to see me asap. Two days latter I came to see her and she immediately looks me over while asking questions and said we need to give her fluids and magnesium, she even look at my bottom eye lids and said I was pale, mind you I am anemic so she was right on point. She went to get the nurse and they got my IV's going ect. This Office makes me feel seen and heard and not like a number. The nurses and other staff are so sweet and kind, they make me feel very comfortable. There's so much I could continue to say but I want to thank first and foremost my God and Dr. Shital Patel and Mrs. Whitney Roberts for providing both myself and my husband with the best medical care. If your looking for Doctor's and staff that see you as a person and not a number and gives you the best care possible then this is your place. Thanks a million Prime Care Of Pooler!

This morning I had my first visit with Dr S. Patel he truly is phenomenal and his personality is amazing. His staff are knowledgeable, compassionate, witty and gives warm smiles. I highly recommend this establishment. See you soon.

I am thankful to be a patient of Doctor Patel, Kharod and Whitney Roberts. My wife and I both go to this practice and the care and concern shown is excellent. The nurses are so sweet and the staff very helpful. They are quick to take note of your health when its off and go above and beyond to give quality care. I can't say enough about everyone in this practice. Whitney Roberts is exceptionally thorough and her bedside manner is so calming. I can only give 5 stars for Pimecare, but if I could give 10, I definitely would. God is definitely blessing these medical helping hands.

I’ve seen Dr Patel a few times, he seems knowledgeable and he’s like able. I’ve seen his NPs who were really good as well, My only problem is that you need to use the portal and I was getting help quickly through it. I’ve been trying to call them and went thru both portal and calling. Never get a call back. Maybe they are on vacation? Idk as it’s never happened before.

Staff is super friendly, I was in and out in an hour being as a walk-in. Would return again and again.

I have seen Dr Kharod on several occasions..she is so pleasant, extremely thorough, she really explains your course of treatment & what's best for you..I enjoy speaking & seeing her! I would highly recommend her and this practice..so happy I have found her & this office..great staff!!

Dr. Khrod is an amazing allergy specialist who is highly informative, listens to her patient’s and presents all options for treatment. After visiting other allergist I was still having hives and reactions yet shortly after visiting Dr Khrod my The majority of my symptoms started going away as she continued through her thoroughness and care listened and figured out what was going on! If you Want an amazing doctor That treats You with care and has a vast knowledge of her field. She is the right doctor for you!

Everyone is compassionate and loving to patients from front desk to drs assistants and nurses, Lpn and so on. I finally found a chronic illness dr team that cares about patients. I feel in very good hands to keep my health stabilized. They tested me for appropriate blood work to finally getting answers i deserve, from treatment to preventive care this office is very professional and knowledgeable. Words cannot express how grateful I am that i found this office. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
